Bringing structure to creative work, from the first brief to the final handover.
Hi, I'm CK Okany.
This is a curated space where I share how I bring structure, momentum, and delivery to design projects, drawing on a decade of high-stakes operational and strategic project management.
Whether you're here to explore working together, scope a specific project, or see what structured creative project management actually looks like in practice, you're in the right place.
Let's build something beautiful. And finish it.

I come from a world where the stakes were high, the timelines were real, and "we'll figure it out as we go" wasn't an option. With a background spanning fintech operations, C-suite strategy, high-value partnership management, and one of Nigeria's largest bank mergers, I've spent my career learning how to bring clarity, momentum, and structure to complex, fast-moving environments. Design businesses are no different, except that the deliverables are beautiful. I understand how creative projects move. I know where they tend to break down — scope creep, unclear briefs, missed handoffs, clients who go quiet then come back with everything changed. And I know how to hold the whole picture together so your team can focus on the work they do best. My approach is hands-on, precise, and centered on one thing: delivering the project right.
My Core Expertise:

Design-Focused, Delivery-Minded: I’m not only an expert PM, I’m also versed in creative projects. The iteration, the client relationship, the way a brief evolves. I work with that reality, not against it.

Embedded, Not Advisory: I don't hand over a plan and wish you luck. I'm in it with you through coordinating, communicating, and keeping the ball rolling from start to finish.

Proven at Scale: From a $5M joint venture partnership to a 320% revenue growth trajectory at a fast-scaling fintech; I've operated at a level where delivery failure isn't an option. I bring that standard to every project.

Structure That Serves Creativity: Good project management doesn't slow creative work down. Done right, it gives it room to breathe, because the logistics are handled.
